A Climate agreements means that customers are offered a certain indoor temperature range, e.g. 21 centigrades, +/- 1 centigrade. Then it is up to the energy company to manage this agreement as efficiently as possible.
The customer property is connected to Gothenburg Energy ‘s operations center. Here the radiator water temperature in the property is regulated to maintain the correct indoor temperature. The property is fitted with indoor sensors that monitor the current indoor temperature. Gothenburg Energy takes over the management of the technical equipment in the property and secures the radiator temperature required to obtain 21 degrees celsius indoors. Technical managers have an ongoing dialogue, including two meetings a year, with the customer to discuss energy consumption, operation, maintenance and suggestions to further reduce energy consumption.
